About
I am originally from Seattle, Washington where I completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in Psychology. I moved to Sacramento to complete a master's in medical sciences with a focus on healthy lifestyle and nutrition before completing my medical degree back in Washington state. My love of outdoors and cooking plays a large part in practice to encourage healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits for my patients. In our free time my husband and I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time exploring parks around the Midwest when we are not staying in to play board games.
