Scrub Tech and Surg Tech 

Scrub Tech and Surg Techs have opportunity to experience a variety of surgery cases including, Gyne, ENT, Ortho, General, Plastics, Urology, and more. 

Application Process

In order to be considered for a student opportunity, please do the following at least 30 days in advance of your start date. Submitting the required paperwork does not guarantee placement. 

• Complete the Student Application
• Review the Student Orientation Packet
• Complete the post-orientation Quiz with a minimum passing score of 94% (15/16 points) or higher. Please review the Student Orientation Packet prior to taking the quiz as only two attempts to pass the quiz will be allowed. 
• Complete the Student Signature Page.
