Health Records on iPhone

Access and view your Broadlawns Medical Center health records easily on your iPhone with iOS 11.3 or later.

The Health app allows you to quickly see key parts of your medical history, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures, and vitals.

How to Access Your Records:

1. Open the Health app and go to the Health Records section.
2. Search for Broadlawns Medical Center.
3. Log in using your Broadlawns Patient Portal credentials (or create an account on our Patient Portal page if needed).

Once logged in, your health records will appear in the app, and you’ll be notified when new records are available.

Security: Your health data is protected with encryption and secured by your iPhone’s passcode.
