Why I chose Broadlawns for my Transitional Year

The attendings and residents are all so nice and supportive! Awesome learning environment. The super convenient on-campus housing and preponderance of free meals don’t hurt either.

Computers/technology and music (I play guitar; currently obsessed with kpop; trying to get into producing electronic music)  

Favorite Thing To Do in Des Moines

Trying lots of new restaurants (so far I like Harbinger’s Korean fried chicken, Taco Casa’s nachos, Lucky Lotus’s drunken noodles, Jethro’s burnt ends)
