Where: Hunsaker Conference Room, 4th Floor, Broadlawns Medical Center

Meeting agendas are available at least 24 hours prior to each meeting on this website. You can also find the agenda posted at the main entrance of the hospital.

Citizen Participation

The Broadlawns Board of Trustees welcomes citizen participation at all regular meetings. The Board has adopted a policy that outlines the protocol for citizen participation at Board meetings. Review the policy.

Here's how you can get involved:

• Time Limit: Presentations are limited to 5 minutes.
• Sign Up: If you wish to speak during the “Opportunity for Presentation from the Public,” please record your name and topic before the meeting starts. You can do this by:
• Calling the Executive Offices at (515) 282-4310
• Completing the sign-in roster at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting

We encourage employees to participate in this process and ask that you first try to address your concerns through your usual chain of command.

To make sure everyone has an opportunity to speak, the Board Chair may set time limits for public presentations.
