When: Third Tuesday of each month
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Where: Hunsaker Conference Room, 4th Floor, Broadlawns Medical Center

Meetings may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Board.

Meeting agendas are available at least 24 hours prior to each meeting on this website. You can also find the agenda posted at the main entrance of the hospital.

Citizen Participation

The Broadlawns Board of Trustees welcomes citizen participation at all regular meetings. The Board has adopted a policy that outlines the protocol for citizen participation at Board meetings. Review this policy.

Here's how you can get involved:

• Time Limit: Presentations are limited to 5 minutes.
• Sign Up: If you wish to speak during the “Opportunity for Presentation from the Public,” please record your name and topic before the meeting starts. You can do this by:
• Calling the Executive Offices at (515) 282-2495
• Completing the sign-in roster at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting

Employees are welcome to participate in this process, but they will be asked if they have followed the usual organizational chain of command in addressing their issue.

Please note that the Board Chair reserves the right to limit the overall time allocated for public presentations to ensure everyone has a chance to speak.
