Anger Management Training Program (6-Weeks)

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. When it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems-at work, in your personal relationships, and in your overall quality of life. If you feel that your anger is out of control, and/or it is having an impact on your relationships and important parts of your life, our training program can help. 

Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving (STEPPS)

STEPPS is an effective treatment for people with borderline personality disorder and emotional intensity issues. This evidence-based educational and skills program teaches individuals about the behaviors and feelings that describe their disorder as well as skills to change behaviors and manage feelings.
